Thank you for supporting Second Chance Snacks! Each batch of treats is baked with love and care — often made fresh just for your pup. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time:
Because our products are handmade in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
If items are already in stock, your order may ship sooner. During busy seasons or large orders, processing time may extend slightly as we bake and package fresh treats to ensure the best quality.
We’ll always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining the freshness your pup deserves. 🐾
2. Shipping Methods & Rates:
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We currently ship within the United States only.
3. Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
4. Delivery Estimates:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped.
Please note that delivery time is in addition to the 3–5 day processing window.
5. Warm Weather & Frozen Products (if applicable):
If your order includes frozen or temperature-sensitive treats, we may adjust shipping to avoid weekend or holiday delays. This ensures your order arrives in the best possible condition.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order leaves our facility, Second Chance Snacks is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number — we’ll do our best to assist if possible.
7. Local Pick-Up or Event Orders:
For local pickup or pre-orders for markets and events, please select the appropriate option at checkout. You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and timing.
